Logistics

Here you'll find some logistical information that may be helpful.

Are services virtual or in person?

  • Services are primarily remote/virtual.

  • Seasonal in-person therapy is offered in CT/MA locations for animal assisted therapies and intensives.

How much are sessions with Lillyana?

  • As of 2025, the standard fee rates for working with Lillyana are $200 per appointment.

  • While she has some sliding scale spots, these become filled quickly due to waitlist reservations.

How much are sessions with clinical residents?

  • Standard fee rates for working with a clinical resident are $125, however, there is a sliding scale available based on financial need.

What is the process for starting therapy?

  • Start by contacting us! Our administrative assistant will send some initial questions to find out about scheduling needs and financing. From there, you will schedule a consultation. Should it be a good fit, intake forms will need to be completed and ongoing appointments will be scheduled.

Do you offer only individual therapy?

  • Lillyana primarily offers individual therapy and group workshops. However, she takes on a limited amount of couples.

  • Depending on the clinical residents special interests, some do work with couples. This will vary therapist by therapist.

Do I need to have animal experience to engage in Equilateral-EMDR or animal-assisted therapy?

  • No, you don't have to have prior experience with horses. Lillyana will work with you to assess your comfortability with the animals to figure out the best way to incorporate them into your treatment. Some clients choose to do equine assisted therapy outside of the paddocks where there is a fence between them as this is their comfort level. Meanwhile, some clients are very comfortable to be in close proximity such as in the paddock, arena, or even stall. Same assessment will be done for those interested in working with the therapy dogs. This is a client-by-client variable- comfort and safety are essential in this process.

I didn't really think of myself as a "therapy person" but after the last month I think I am always going to want to have this type of space. It's just so great to have someone to talk to.
I wanted to say that my therapist has been awesome and I so appreciate you for giving me the opportunity to meet with her.
Helped me to manage my anxiety SO MUCH BETTER. thank you!
My therapist has been such a great help. I feel like it's made such a difference in my relationship.
I love the visit and waiting for my appointment. Everyone is so nice and my therapist is the sweetest person and help me through my depression and I've grown alot and I'm gonna miss Lillyana
I feel very safe talking to my therapist. She's really great. Thank you for connecting me to her.
Lillyana is amazing. I've been in consistent therapy with various providers for 7+ years now. I've had some effective therapists and some not-so-effective. Even though I could only work with Lillyana for 9 months (Mar-Dec 2020), I have made more progress in those 9 months than in the last several years combined. She likes to say that it's all me, and sure, technically it is — but I would not have been able to get to this point without her guidance and care. She genuinely cares about her patients and is constantly learning and growing as a therapist (and is candid about that learning — she doesn't pretend she knows everything). My point here is: I would literally trust Lillyana with my life, and the only reason I'm not seeing her now is because I moved across the country and legally cannot be her patient anymore. Believe me, I would if I could.
